Altho AI is cost effective, it’s really not flexible enough to assist customers or do jobs that human intelligence require.

This is not true. I'm currently worked as a call center agent and all of my consumers complaining about on credit bureau that uses robots to assist them..they always prepared to be assist by human by their request than a robot

There is a system in the company that is automate in answering but most of the time people will always choose to talk to customer service rather than the ai even most of the time their problem can be solved by the bot. 😂
